The place was clean and reasonably priced, but the sofa bed in the room was very uncomfortable, not fully straight, and felt damaged.

The location was excellent, the place was very clean, decorated beautifully and functional, the staff were very attentive, and the parking and security system were great. The breakfast was tasty but incomplete; although à la carte options were offered, I would have liked an egg and refried beans dish included for the price.

Everything was clean, the staff were friendly and the spot was perfect, but I didn’t like having to walk down stairs just to get my card activated because there’s no elevator.

When I arrived, they handed me a room that was completely dirty, with beds that were sagging and a bathroom that was a mess.
“They need to improve in their cleaning areas and restaurant. But the location and the facilities are good.”
