Everything was amazing; I felt right at home in this beautiful house, all clean and with comfy beds. The food was great, and as a vegan they prepared a perfect vegan menu. The staff were friendly and helpful, and Jurie, our guide, was very fun and energetic. The safari was incredible—definitely the best place! When we arrived, we were greeted with wine and beer, and a herd of elephants at the shore made it magical. Nothing bad happened.

We enjoyed a fantastic stay at Parsons House. Communication before, during, and after the visit was excellent. The house itself surpassed the photos—exceptionally clean—and Loveness & Ismail made us feel safe, comfortable, and at home. The food was varied, plentiful, and delicious. The game drives were wonderful, and Estalie was an incredible ranger who ensured we saw all the animals we could hope for, sharing deep knowledge of the bush. She was very accommodating to everyone’s needs and left us with lifelong memories. Nothing to add.

The location is great, the rooms are very spacious, and the quality is solid. The big pool and stunning viewing deck are highlights.
