“Nicht schön”
We booked in February 2026 a standard Comfort room, not a disabled room, yet we were given a room designed for wheelchair users. The bathroom only had a curtain, the shower was low, the toilet flush was far below the seat, and the overall layout seemed tailored for a disabled guest. When we mentioned this at reception yesterday, a gentleman told us to be grateful that they didn't cancel our reservation because a large tour group had just arrived. The front desk staff today insisted we should be happy that they didn't cancel us, which felt dismissive. The breakfast was good, but the staff’s attitude made the stay frustrating. I won’t book here again.
