From pre‑check‑in to post‑check‑out the staff and communication were excellent and very attentive. We left our luggage in the room, got a call from the hotel telling us it would be kept securely, and the rooms were of high quality and clean. Breakfast was good and the location was nice.

This place has a lovely vibe and the staff are super helpful, but there are a few things to watch out for. They only accept cash or Indian cards, so international debit and credit cards won't work. Also, the 'hot tub' is basically just a bath, and there's no microwave in the room, just a fridge. The terrace is locked, but you can get reception to open it for you. And, the water pressure could be better, but it's not a deal-breaker.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel in Palanpur - it's clean, comfy, and the staff are super friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that they don't take international VISA cards, which was a bit of a bummer. Overall, though, it's a great find if you're passing through.

This place is a great value - new building, so everything's in good shape, and it's simple but perfect for a one-night stopover. Didn't have any issues or complaints, just a solid, no-frills stay.
