Availability. No staff Lon reception. No code to get into facility. Had to rely on other guests to let us in to get keys to our cabin from lock box. Then gate code did not work so again relied on other guests to let us in and out. Lift your game Big 4. Just because your air con broke you get to go home. ????

The modern amenities covered everything you could need for a comfortable stay, so you could easily book multiple nights without feeling cramped. There were no problems.
