The location was excellent, the place was clean and very comfortable.

“Pleasant stay”

I appreciated the well-kept landscaping, the clean room, and the courteous staff, especially the security at the entrance who asked for a key card ID at night to confirm you were a guest before letting you in. However, they didn’t inform us about plumbing maintenance, and for a while the taps had no water.

“FRONT DESK IS HORRIBLE AND DEFINITELY NEEDS MORE TRAINING”

The front desk was extremely rude; Rosy showed a nasty attitude toward black guests, flipped me off with the middle finger right in front of the manager, and even threatened to call the police on me. She has no self‑control or respect for black guests, and now that I know she’s a racist, I’ll never return or recommend this hotel.

“Awesome overnight staff on duty, very sweet and kind”

The place is in a great spot and the beds are super comfy, so I had a perfect quick overnight stay with no complaints.
