The location is great. I stayed at this hotel in February and reported a problem with the main door handle, which caused an injury. I was told it would be fixed and apologized for the inconvenience. During my recent stay, no work had been done and the handle remains a hazard. The fridge wasn’t working, and despite being promised a fix, our food went bad. The location is good, but it’s a shame they haven’t delivered on their promises. All issues were raised through the hotel’s official WhatsApp channel, where false promises were made.
