Parcheggio. !!! CIMICI DEL LETTO !!! Durante il soggiorno abbiamo trovato cimici del letto nella camera. Il risultato è stato devastante: ci siamo ritrovati con oltre 100 punture a testa, una vacanza completamente rovinata, notti insonni, stress e spese aggiuntive che non avremmo mai dovuto affrontare. La parte più assurda è arrivata dopo. Di fronte a un problema di questa gravità, la struttura ha ritenuto adeguato offrirci un rimborso del 10% del prezzo pagato: 7 euro. Sette euro. Un importo che considero offensivo e che, a mio parere, dimostra una totale mancanza di rispetto per i clienti e per il disagio subito
The accommodation was very clean and top quality, with everything you need; the welcome was excellent, explanations were given at the start, and small gifts were offered; the location is 10 min from the city center and 30 min from the bus station, which is very convenient; the value for money is unbeatable—highly recommended! There was nothing wrong; it was perfect.
The owner was very friendly and helpful, we received a basket of sweets at the entrance, the rooms were very comfortable, and the location near downtown Catania is a big plus; I recommend it to everyone!
The hosts were kind, but the bathroom in the hallway was a bit inconvenient.
