The staff were extremely rude, demanding extra money, and the room was dirty, including the bedsheet and bathroom.

The location is very convenient, close to the railway station, a peaceful environment, and the rates are low, which is great for students. However, the cleaning was inadequate; the bed sheets were not washed and the toilets were not cleaned.
