I recently stayed at a hotel that promised a lot but unfortunately fell short of expectations. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lack of water, despite the prompt assistance from the concierge. However, this issue persisted for over an hour, making it extremely inconvenient, especially with young children in tow. What's more, the limited water supply revealed a leaky kitchen sink, creating a slippery and potentially hazardous surface.
