I liked the friendly staff, the SPA, the breakfast, and overall it was a wonderful experience. I recommend it.

Everything was clean and tidy, the breakfasts were very tasty, and the staff were polite and helped us with all our questions. It would have been nice to have a knife, corkscrew, and glasses in the rooms – a basic set.

I really liked the room. We stayed with a 4‑year‑old child, everything was clean, neat, and well cared for, the staff were very pleasant and friendly, the breakfasts were tasty and varied, the restaurant was delicious, stylish, and flavorful, the spa area was also well maintained with a nice view, and because we were with a child the comfortable kiddie pool with inflatable rings was a big plus – no need to bring them from home 😊 The kids’ room was also nice, the only thing I understand is that kids constantly break things, so more child chairs should probably be added, and the interactive table was great, but with many kids there is a queue 😁

The room had a mountain view, the breakfasts were very tasty, the location was convenient, and the outdoor spa area (which also works in autumn) was well designed and comfortable. Cleaning was done at an inconvenient time, there were issues with setting up the hammam (or boiling water or lack of temperature), and there was no control over visitor behavior in the spa – people abused alcoholic drinks in the spa area and their children jumped into the pool, putting themselves at risk and causing problems for other guests, which their parents encouraged, yet the administration paid no attention and made no remark.
