The location was great and the place was tidy.

The hotel was excellent, centrally located in the city center, just a 5‑minute walk to SM Market, and the 24‑hour service was superb. The breakfast, however, was mostly Asian; more European options like bread, cheese, and sausage would be nice, but it was still filling. Overall, highly recommend.

I was pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff at this hotel, who made a real effort to make me feel welcome. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of local amenities and attractions within easy reach. However, there were a few issues with the housekeeping service, including cold showers and forgotten items like towels and sugar. I felt a bit embarrassed to have to ask for these basics, but the staff were apologetic and helpful.

The location of this hotel was one of its best features, with plenty of local attractions and amenities within easy reach. However, there were a few issues with the room itself, including a non-functional safety box, a broken fridge, and a disappointing breakfast. I was really looking forward to a relaxing stay, but these problems made it difficult to enjoy my time at the hotel.
