The location was fine, but the room was dirty with hair and dust under the blanket, there were no tea sets, towels weren’t changed for two nights, we had to fetch toilet paper from the reception ourselves, it was very noisy with no soundproofing, and although we booked a garden view we ended up looking out onto a busy road.

The hotel's central location made it perfect for exploring the city, but unfortunately, the room had a lingering smell of cigarette smoke despite being a non-smoking room. It was a shame, as the location was otherwise fantastic.

The hotel's cleanliness and the friendliness of the maintenance staff were definite highlights, but the reception staff were unfriendly and unhelpful. To make matters worse, the hotel was plagued by noise at night, and the management didn't seem to care.

The hotel's location was excellent, but the convenience of getting around the city was a bit of a letdown. It was a shame, as the location was otherwise great.
