The staff was very friendly and the room was very spacious and comfortable, yet it was very loud. It sounded like our door was always being opened when others nearby were opening theirs, and we could hear the people in the room next to us very clearly. Kids ran the halls late at night, which was very loud; that isn’t the hotel’s fault but it was a negative aspect of our stay. There should be quiet hours.

The breakfast was decent, but the room felt musky, as if it needed a dehumidifier.

The hotel was close to the convention center where Retro Con took place, it was clean, offered free breakfast, and had good parking lot space. The room they gave me had a door that connects to another room (probably for guests traveling together who booked that room), and unfortunately that door lets you hear all the noise and conversation from your neighbor, which isn’t cool if you want to go to bed earlier or sleep longer in the morning.
