“Beautiful location and design in a charming town, but the AC didn’t work or Wifi, unresponsive staff”

We loved the location and the hotel’s cozy, welcoming design, and the town itself is truly magical. But the Wi‑Fi and staff attention were lacking: we had major meetings and projects to deliver, yet the Wi‑Fi connection was horrible. We tried to contact the staff but received no response, and the AC didn’t work either, with no reply from the staff. We ended up driving to cafés to work.

The house sits in a quiet area, yet you can reach the main attractions quickly. Free parking is available. The décor is nice and the place is spotless. Coffee and tea are free, and there’s a toaster and fridge for guests. Water is also provided. The room is spacious, the bed is comfortable, and it’s quiet. The only downside is there’s no breakfast.

“Relaxing get away!”

The location was ideal for visiting both Niagara Falls and Niagara‑on‑the‑Lake. We liked the décor and how clean everything was, but the best part was the breakfast at the partner motel across the street—it was amazing! We’ll definitely come back.

The stay was very comfortable, clean, and quiet, and the distance from town was perfect. The problem was that the Inn was supposed to offer breakfast, which was a major factor in choosing it. We were told upon arrival that breakfast was no longer available, and the small café across the street had only a few options.
