“A Promising Location, Let Down by Poor Maintenance”
I was initially drawn to this hotel's excellent location, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by the poor maintenance of the room and the unwelcoming reception. The room itself was a letdown, with dirty walls, a worn-out towels, and a smelly blanket, which made me question the value for money. The noise levels were also a major issue, making it impossible for me to get a good night's sleep. The foul smell in the washroom and the lack of a door mat only added to my disappointment.
