Excellent! The team was very attentive to everything, and the cuisine was impeccable at all times, though the beds are very high and noisy due to a wooden frame underneath, which is not really bothersome.

The service was top‑class, with staff who were extremely polite and attentive, and there was nothing to complain about.

The hotel is new, very pretty, and the staff are very courteous; the facilities are great for families with children. However, music plays all the time in every area, making it hard to rest, and between 16:00 and 19:30 there are no coffee or food options, and the spa (hot pool and sauna) can only be used if you purchase a service.

The staff’s service was flawless, always smiling and courteous, even touching their hearts when speaking to us; the hotel is designed for both kids and adults, with the kid‑centric Jota City offering a whole city of activities where children can collect “Realegres” money to use in various stations like painting, cooking, an observatory, a girls’ beauty salon, and a lab—truly amazing. Beyond Jota City, there’s Peixe Nando for the youngest, Pepito for all ages, and Divertinópolis with pinball, video games, and bowling. The water area boasts multiple pools, including a wave pool, water jets, and a foam cannon, plus an indoor water park with slides that’s still under construction, giving us another reason to return. For families with babies, there’s a dedicated setup with low‑salt snacks. The rooms are huge, all featuring a bathtub on the balcony, and we’ll definitely come back.

Almost everything was great: the food overall was very good, the staff excellent, the location fine, the resort wonderful, the beach calm, and the kids loved it. The price was high and it’s not all‑inclusive.
