I booked this place because it advertised a full renovation, so I expected separate bath and toilet, but it turned out to be a unit bath. As a wheelchair user, the tub height made getting in and out a struggle. I had sent my luggage ahead and had already mentioned my wheelchair use before arrival, so I thought they could have planned better. The room was close to the elevator, which was convenient, but the breakfast area was tight for wheelchair users; there were columns and people passing by, making it hard to get food. A bit more space for the food would have made it easier for everyone.

They didn’t provide the detailed bill I had requested, even though I asked for it.

Overall clean and close to the station, which was great. The windows were blocked, so you couldn’t see outside.

The hotel is right near the station and surrounded by convenience stores and eateries, which was super handy, and I appreciated the free drinks; the room had just been renovated and looked spotless, the shower head was skin‑friendly, the bed was comfy and I slept soundly, so I’ll definitely book again if I return to Nagoya. No complaints at all.
