It was convenient to be near a 7‑eleven, yet the bathroom and toilet were cramped—almost like you could sit on the toilet and bathtub. Cleanliness was lacking; we stayed for three nights and no one asked if we wanted room service. There was no dryer to use after washing clothes, and a 200 TB charge was imposed for a minor issue (a lipstick stain on bedsheets that could be removed with washing).

I liked the room’s balcony and large windows, the full amenities, and the two free water bottles each day. However, staff took too long to return my overpayment; I checked in at 13:00 and only got the refund at 14:00, which was rescheduled to the afternoon. They didn’t help move my extra luggage from the reception to the elevator, even though they were with me; they only started pulling it after a short walk to the elevator. Checking in an hour early cost an extra 100 Thai Baht, but when I checked out a few hours early the staff didn’t refund that 100 Baht.

The location near the airport was good, but the hotel doesn’t match the visual description or the pictures on the website; it looks much larger and cleaner in the photos.
