“糟糕难受,食物巨差,肚子疼,乱收费,不标价价格员工素质低下”
The only thing that made me smile was a friendly little dog and a beautiful starry sky at night, but the hotel itself was unbearable – the heat was stifling, the room swarmed with insects and countless flies. I strongly advise anyone from China to stay away; the staff fabricated the bill, adding nine orange juices that never existed, each priced at 100 Egyptian pounds, totalling 900 EGP. In reality only three staff members squeezed three glasses for themselves, yet they charged us for all nine. The deception and outrageous pricing left a terrible impression, so please avoid this place. At 3 am the power went out, the only fan stopped working and the heat woke me up, keeping me up until about 6 am. When I checked out they slipped me an unexpected order and demanded payment without showing any price, even offering me a bottle of foul‑tasting water that they claimed I had to buy. The photos online are clearly AI‑generated, not real, and even my taxi driver warned me not to stay here. After moving to another hotel, I called the booking service and got no help; only a reservation made through Ctrip would have been followed up properly.
