Thanks to Miguel for fixing the Booking error: they had charged me for a larger room when the reservation was for a standard one. He was very accommodating and moved me to a nicer room, even though it wasn’t the hotel’s fault.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s a special spot to spend time in Lisbon. The staff is always friendly and welcoming. The bedroom cupboard only fits one person; if you’re staying more than two days as a couple, most of your clothes will have to stay in a suitcase.
