Muy bien ubicado , con servicio de shuttle y buena relación calidad precio. Son muuuchas habitaciones y solo tienen2 ascensores , el hotel tiene 17 pisos y más de 400 huéspedes , no daba a basto y el desayuno lleno de gente con muy poco espacio

We enjoyed our 20 nights stay. Complimentary breakfast and shuttle to and from subway station was a huge plus. Definitely will consider this hotel for my next trip to NYC

Breakfast was good. Decent variety and enough food. I will suggest adding more fruit to the buffet. The coffee station needs attention for early evenings. By that time, the coffee is cold and the area is messy however 24hr coffee is on offer. There are 3 lifts, but only 2 lifts working made the wait for a lift very long. With 16 floors, there should be at least 3-4 lifts in working condition. Especially because guests check in or out every day, so there is always someone that need to move luggage
