non abbiamo potuto soggiornare perchè non si è presentato nessuno al check-in - nonostante avessimo avvisato dell'orario al momento della prenotazione e la struttura avesse risposto che andasse bene. l'orario non era notturno ma dalle 18 alle 19. non abbiamo nemmeno ricevuto un riscontro in merito da parte loro il gg successivo

There was no contact with the owner after arrival, causing a problem with accommodation. No key was available to open the building; one of the renters opened it for us, but he turned out to be in the room we were assigned. The only room left for us was not cleaned, and the bedding was probably used by previous guests. The bathroom was likely not cleaned either, with hair everywhere and a full trash bin. There was no information about Wi‑Fi, so we had to look at a previous review to find the router in the common area. The air conditioning was uncontrollable; when turned on, the room temperature only rose. All instructions were only in Italian, which is also an inconvenience. I do not recommend it and would advise avoiding it altogether. I do not greet the owner.
