The house is very well maintained: the room was clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The bathroom was huge and shared with our room. At arrival we found a coffee machine and a welcome kit. There is a private free parking spot right in front of the house. The owners were very helpful and kind. It’s very close to the hospital.

The accommodation is very quiet, 2.5 km from the centre in a residential area, with an outdoor parking spot that doesn’t offer charging next to the house. The room has air‑conditioning and a fridge. A coffee machine and pads are provided. The Italian breakfast is very simple, with packaged pastries and jam in the room. The room is very bright, with a large balcony. A covered storage space for wheels in bad weather is missing.

The house is in a calm residential neighbourhood. There is a private parking space in front of the house. Our rooms were on the second floor, in a private 3‑room area with a shared bathroom. The rooms were clean and well arranged. The bedding was comfortable. The host had already prepared everything for the next morning’s breakfast. The host was pleasant to talk to.
