The decor and location were good, but the room was very dirty and I found bugs/mites that left me covered in bites. The staff was very rude and rushed me during check‑out, and they listed my own house keys as a charge that I had to pay for.

I found the value for money good and the room nice; I asked for a fan because it was too hot and for a spare bed sheet for my long stay, and they kindly supplied both. The downside is that the listing promised a private bathroom, but it's actually a small shared bathroom shared with four rooms, and the toilet is on a different floor from R2. The toilets lacked toilet rolls for almost 10 days and were not cleaned. The kitchen also had no napkins, so I had to purchase my own.
