The view was amazing and privacy was plentiful, making the place great. Eliza took care of everything, really. The path to get there was a bit rough, but you have to expect that.

Eliza’s hospitality was fantastic. I was worried about a flight cancellation because the weather forecast for the day I was supposed to go to Santorini called for strong winds. When I called Eliza, she was very supportive and offered all possible solutions—arranging a room a day earlier or giving me a voucher if I couldn’t make it on the scheduled day. In the end I arrived a day early and stayed an extra day in Santorini. Eliza also showed me less crowded sunset spots and wineries, making the stay wonderful. The room didn’t have a direct sunset view, but the caldera view was great, the jacuzzi was warm, and privacy was ensured. The bus to Iacocles takes about 15 minutes, and the stop is about 10 minutes away. She handled all the round‑trip airport taxis and restaurant reservations. The stairs from the taxi stop to the hotel are managed by the staff. On good weather days she set up breakfast on the terrace. Breakfast overlooking the caldera was a unique Santorini experience. I highly recommend this hotel; I’m sure you won’t regret it.

Everything was superb from start to finish. Eliza was present throughout to make sure everything ran smoothly. The property was spacious and modern, with a huge shower. The bed was extremely comfortable and large. The balcony was the real highlight, and the jacuzzi was lovely and warm with fantastic caldera views.

Breakfast options were good. The staff went above and beyond.

Eliza was excellent and the terrace offered beautiful views. The only drawback was a few steps to reach the room, which might matter for those with mobility issues.
