The location is super convenient, just a short walk from the opera but tucked into a quiet street, and you can even catch a tram from the station. The administrators were fantastic, and the reception offered tea and coffee. There’s a fridge and a small kitchenette. The downside is a sewer smell that drifts into the room when you turn on the bathroom exhaust.
The reception girls were extremely friendly, the place is well‑situated, and everything was clean and cozy.
The large apartments were clean, the bed/ mattress was comfortable, and the staff were good. I’d still want the shower drain checked because it doesn’t drain well.
Everything was beautiful and clean, and the staff were very kind. Nothing was wrong at all.

The administrator told me I’d been upgraded, which wasn’t true, and mentioned a tiny adjacent space with a microwave and apparently a dishwasher. I didn’t need those, but staff would periodically come by, creating noise and discomfort—especially when they walked right under my door. The window faced a fairly loud road and opening it wasn’t great. Nearby windows were also close, which didn’t add to the privacy.
