The room was lovely and nicely designed, and the pool was nice. The staff were wonderful; they texted us beforehand to confirm our arrival time and were present whenever we needed anything. We received a lovely welcome drink, and the lady who checked us in was great.

The location is fairly central, and the pool and beachside are very nice. The manager is quite pleasant and tried to help us as best he could despite the various problems we encountered during the stay. The bed was very comfortable. On arrival we were given a rather dirty room with yellow‑brown stains, and the staff had mixed up our room: we had booked the deluxe with balcony but received the standard suite, 30 € cheaper per night. The manager offered us breakfast as compensation, but we lost an afternoon because of all this. It’s very expensive for what’s offered; at this price, having spotless sheets and not messing up our reservation is the minimum.
