“Buena habitacion con vista al polo. El Spa regular...falta limpieza y mantenimiento.”
The breakfast was very full and I liked it; the staff were attentive and the coffee was delicious with plenty of variety. I especially enjoyed the room with a view of the polo that I requested for my partner’s birthday – it was spacious, had a great view, and the bed was very comfortable. What really disappointed me was the spa: I chose the hotel because of its water circuit pool, but they never turned it on because they said the water was too cold and would chill the pool. The pool had several sections where the fountains had gone out, and it wasn’t very clean – I saw leaves floating. The jacuzzi was the worst, filthy with brown foam that clearly meant it was dirty. For a five‑star place, the bathroom in the room was missing basic products like a bath cap, robes, and other toiletries such as cotton.
The hotel is solid overall – good infrastructure, an Olympic‑sized pool, and rooms with high ceilings that feel comfy. The bar gets overcrowded, the restaurant dishes are pricey, and the front desk didn’t give enough info or follow‑up on a few requests.

Everything here is 10/10 – modern, well‑maintained, and the surroundings are pleasant. The breakfast spread is thorough, making it a true five‑star experience.
