The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the payment app offered three different price tiers with varying perks. I chose the middle tier for early check‑in and late check‑out, only to find that late check‑out wasn’t actually allowed and I still had to leave by 12 pm. Knowing that, I opted for the cheapest option instead, regretting that I didn’t get to use the benefits I paid for.

The location is pretty good, that's for sure. However, the bathroom could use some improvement - it needs an exhaust fan or better ventilation to keep the air from getting stale and transferring to the bedroom. A bit of a drawback, but not a deal-breaker.

The room was a nice surprise - clean, spacious, and with a comfy bed, plus the AC worked well. Staff were friendly too, and it's conveniently located near cafes and restaurants. However, it can get pretty loud after 10 PM with guests and sometimes staff running around in the hallway, so earplugs are a must if you're a light sleeper. Overall, a solid choice if you don't mind the potential for nighttime noise.

The front desk staff were really helpful and responsive to our needs, which made a big difference for us - thanks to them! However, we did have some issues, like no hot water in the room and not getting timely updates about not being able to book a Borobudur sunrise ticket, which ended up delaying us by three days.
