I couldn't stay there, and the owner was awful.

The place was filthy and indescribably disgusting (listed as the lowest price in Rome Ciamarra apartments). The host, a private individual, completely refused to cooperate or refund, leaving me stranded on the streets at midnight during peak season. No respect or safety for tourists—avoid at all costs. The conditions were utterly unsanitary: the bedding had not been changed from previous guests and was only superficially laid out; the walls were peeling and deteriorated, the furniture was extremely old with chair fabric torn and peeling. On top of that, the room smelled horrific and unbearable, with stale, damp air. The photos do not match the reality.

Nothing to like about this property. The staff was a blackmailer and the experience was very bad; I was delayed 2 hours for check‑in and they demanded an extra €200, asking me to transfer the money to their account. Because of that, we ruined our night in a strange city.

I was treated very rudely by the staff, and I ended up looking for another place because there were drug users in the hotel.
