What I liked most was how easy it was to access the accommodation, and the staff responded quickly; however, given the price compared to other places, I understand limits, but it was odd that there were no towels and the worst was the lack of toilet paper in the bathroom; the mattresses and pillows were quite uncomfortable and low quality, which might be tolerable at that price, but the absence of toilet paper is unacceptable.

Esperienza pessima, assolutamente sconsigliato. Uno degli ostelli peggiori in cui siamo mai stati. Un’esperienza davvero vergognosa, ben lontana da quello che ci aspettavamo. La struttura è stata una delusione totale e il soggiorno si è rivelato estremamente spiacevole. Pagare per un servizio del genere è inaccettabile: quando si prenota una struttura ricettiva ci si aspetta almeno condizioni decorose e un minimo di attenzione verso gli ospiti. Non ci siamo trovati bene sotto nessun punto di vista e, se avessimo saputo prima quello che ci aspettava, avremmo scelto sicuramente un’altra sistemazione. Il rapporto qualità-prezzo è assolutamente insoddisfacente. Non lo consigliamo a nessuno e non ci torneremmo mai più. Un soggiorno da dimenticare. Risparmiatevi la delusione e cercate altrove. Not much to say positively; the photos were misleading, the kitchen was tiny and impossible to store anything in the fridge, the beds were in poor condition with mattresses as thin as paper, and there was only one bathroom for five rooms that held 3–4 people.

The only good thing about this place was its location, with a bus stop right outside the door. Everything else was a huge letdown. The bed was broken, seemed about to fall apart with every movement, and it squeaked loudly. The mattress was noticeably smaller than the frame, so we had to buy extra blankets at our own expense to make it usable. The pillows provided were unusable, forcing us to purchase our own. The broken bed, constant squeaking, and other guests banging on doors at night made sleep nearly impossible. Mold on the walls and overall filth were pervasive, and broken window panes gave a frightening impression. The kitchen was unusable due to extreme dirt, so we had to eat out the entire time, incurring significant extra costs. There was no trash bin in the room, leaving us unsure where to dispose of our waste. The bathroom was shared by many hostel residents, which is normal, but the cleanliness was appalling. Overall, cleanliness, hygiene, equipment, and sleep comfort were all inadequate. The poor accommodation forced us to spend more money and left us unable to relax. Aside from the good location, we cannot recommend this place based on our experience, and the price‑performance ratio was unacceptable.
