The house is a stunning 100‑plus‑year‑old building, still in excellent condition, with antique furniture, old photographs, and many unique decor touches that make it truly special. The owners were incredibly hospitable, making us feel like family. After a long day on the road, we found the place spotless, fresh flowers in the room, and a basket of drinks and snacks waiting for us. Sherri even treated me to ice cream ❤ The room is small but very cozy, and I loved the hand‑held showerhead with dual controls—such a rarity in America. The house sits on a quiet street but is within walking distance of cafés and restaurants, which was perfect since we were too tired to drive. Breakfast included not only hot dishes but also an amazing homemade peach yogurt that the host makes herself 😋 Thanks, Keith and Sherri, for your care and hospitality! We wish you continued prosperity and all the best.

Sherri is a hard worker who really cares about guest comfort. Every morning, sharing a breakfast table with guests from the other room added to our experience. The front parlor invites you to unwind, read, or listen to old vinyl. The cute Delano shopping/dining area is just a short walk away, and one of the city’s best green spaces—complete with riverside walks, bike paths, monuments, and museums—is nearby.

This was our first B&B stay and it lived up to the hype. It felt like the ultimate cozy, welcoming hug after a long day—something you never get at a hotel. The home is full of beautiful antiques, turning the stay into an experience. The only downside was the lack of a television. I should have asked the proprietor about a walk‑in shower; my bad back made it impossible to get in or out of the shower.
