The service and location are the best; everything is close and the staff are friendly. The facilities are a bit neglected, the shower didn’t work, the TV is quite old, and they should consider upgrading to a smart TV even if it’s small; otherwise, it’s excellent.

The friendly service from Ms. Marcela handled requests respectfully, and the pool was super enjoyable. No observations – everything was wonderful.

The spot was great, but the pool had a lot of chlorine, the rooms weren't that well kept, the bathroom didn't lower, the air‑con was loud, the fan didn't work, and it was pricey for how it was.
