“One of the best stays in Sultan Bathery”
The property is really good; the villa‑style rooms are spacious with plenty of green plants, they served hoke made Kerala food, and the owner personally attends to everything.

The staff were friendly and the breakfast was too good, but the location was quiet and interior, requiring a lot of travel; dining was not available for dinner and lunch, which would add great value.
I loved the quiet spot and the greenery around the hotel, but the breakfast was just okay and lunch and dinner offered only one pricey option; there are no nearby restaurants, so you have to drive 10 km for decent food. The menu feels outdated and the prices have jumped 30‑40 %. In the room they only give one bath soap and one paste, no toothbrushes, and shampoo only if you ask—usually just one bottle. Food choices are limited; the only regular item is puri, and they change one item on the menu. Coffee and tea are fine, but the TV only shows Wi‑Fi channels, no news or other channels.
It was good overall, but the credit card payment facility was missing.
