Kranti at the reception desk was friendly, welcoming, and communicated well. The cleaners, especially Jannat, did a great job.

The hotel's location was fantastic, right in the heart of the city. However, the noise from the street was a real issue, and I didn't get much sleep. Still, it's a great spot if you're looking to be in the action.

The rooms were spotless, which was a big plus for me. But don't bother paying for breakfast - the staff will give you coupons to grab it from a nearby place instead. Unfortunately, the service from the staff wasn't exactly top-notch.
