The location is great. However, the bath floor mat was extremely dirty, the bath towels were old, stiff, and soiled, and the corners of the bath and room were dirty. The windows need better sound insulation because the hotel sits on a main boulevard near the Red Cross.

The facilities were clean and decent, and the location was acceptable. Parking space was somewhat limited but still enough. Sound insulation was very poor; guests upstairs kept moving around until after midnight, and we could hear the music clearly in our room, even recognizing several songs.

The place is pretty, comfortable, and central. The facilities themselves weren’t the issue, but there were people shouting outside at 4 a.m. We called reception and no one came to stop them; I had to leave to deal with them, and they kept coming back.
