The hotel was comfortable and the staff were friendly, yet the cleanliness was lacking; early in the morning, after a power outage, the generator ran for a while, then I was told it failed and a mechanic would arrive in an hour, so I had to check out at 9 instead of the 11 the staff had said. The cleanliness was poor and they couldn't provide proper services like AC, and there is no inverter backup.

The staff and manager were bad, and they charged extra fees.

I liked the staff; they were very helpful and pleasant, but there were no hangers in the bathroom.
