The snug annex room was fabulous, surrounded by beautiful scenery and a stunning location. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the breakfast was sensational—literally the best we’ve ever tasted. The bedding and pillows were dreamy, and the hot shower was nice. We will definitely return!

I stumbled upon a hidden gem in a quaint corner of England, where the atmosphere was truly magical. The staff were incredibly charming and the earthy yet delicious food was a perfect match for the folk music and jovial locals. Although the pub experienced a heating/plumbing failure, the warm reception and open fires from the apologetic staff turned what could have been a disaster into a fantastic evening.
