Everything was great. A beautiful hotel, very quiet and clean, conveniently located. The food at the nearby cafe was delicious. I recommend it to everyone.

The place is tidy, clean, and close to the train station, but it was very noisy. The neighbors played music and party all night, and the management did nothing about it.

The location is very convenient, right next to the train station. The room is warm, the shower and toilet are clean, and it’s a bit small but still cozy. There’s a fridge, slippers, shower gel, and two towels per person. It’s the first hotel in the last two years (I travel in Ukraine every month) that didn’t have a kettle in the room. The floor tiles are cracked, the walls feel cardboard‑like and you can hear every word from the room next door. It was impossible to sleep because of the noisy kids in the adjacent room. It was quite cold, there was no remote for the air‑conditioner, and we couldn’t turn it on.
