Breakfast was excellent and the location was spot‑on. The checkout instructions were confusing; I left the envelope at the front desk as told, but I still haven’t gotten an email.

The room was large and cozy, parking was easy, and check‑in was smooth. Breakfast was good. On the second night the keypad lock failed, and instead of a person at the desk, I had to use a kiosk that connected me to someone not on site at 10 am during checkout.

Breakfast fell short—no butter, just mustard on bread, and trays were missing so you couldn’t bring your meal back to the room. I tried calling the front desk but no one answered. The TV in my room was broken, so I had to wait for a staff member to fix it. The sofa‑bed was very uncomfortable, and a blank wall over the fireplace had holes taped over.
