“Enjoyable stay in a good location to visit broadway”

The place is in a great spot, a short walk to Broadway, but on Sept 26 the heat and humidity were so intense we only walked once and took an Uber – each ride cost about $6‑$7. The pool and laundry room are on the 5th floor, just like my room. Rooms were spacious with air‑con, and water bottle refills were on the ground floor. I recommend the AMERIGO Italian restaurant, just a walk from the hotel – turn left from the entrance and enjoy. The food there was the best I’ve had in Nashville; elsewhere it’s just burgers. The breakfast, however, was very poor – I only tried it once. I found much better diners within walking distance, and there was no free tea or coffee at reception, nor a kettle in the bedroom – just a coffee machine, which felt odd for a U.S. hotel.

“Disappointed for how much we paid for the rooms”

The location was good, yet some staff were rude and unhelpful; the shower dripped all weekend, and I had to wait 40 minutes for valet parking on Sunday because there was only one person on staff.

“Avoid at all costs”

Leaving was a hassle. Drunks loitered outside the pool, the food was dirty and terrible—especially breakfast—and the whole hotel smelled of weed, which is illegal here. Reception staff were awful; they even withdrew unauthorised money from my account.
