The hotel's staff really went above and beyond to accommodate me, even when I had to change my check-in and check-out times due to some last-minute flight issues with Indigo Airlines. The food was also top-notch, and I was impressed by the variety and quality of the meals. However, the hotel's location had its downsides - on my last day, there was a water shortage and a brief power cut due to some ongoing construction in the area.

I was pleasantly surprised by the manager, Sanjay Sharma, who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. He's a kind and helpful person who knows Indore like the back of his hand and is more than happy to share his knowledge with guests. He even offered to guide me to some of the local attractions and hidden gems around the city, which was a huge bonus.

I was thoroughly impressed with this hotel - the rooms were spotless, the staff were super friendly and helpful, and the manager Sanjay Sharma went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable. The location is also a major plus, being just a stone's throw away from all the city's main attractions. The only thing I'd say is that it's not the cheapest option, but honestly, the quality of the service and the cleanliness of the rooms make it well worth the extra cost.

I was really impressed with the front desk staff, especially one girl who was super accommodating and helpful. The location was also fine, not too far from the city center. However, my stay was marred by some major issues. The breakfast was a letdown - it was served cold and tasted bland. To make matters worse, the room wasn't clean when I arrived, with hair on the floor and bed from the previous guest. The linen was also subpar, and the pillows were smaller and looked like they'd been reused.
