The view from suite 511 was excellent, the bed was comfortable, and the bedding with duvets was wonderful! The only thing that could be improved is having cups and cutlery available for snacks; we had to ask for them when we ordered pizza in the suite.

The place is roomy, well‑located, with two very comfortable double beds, good ventilation, and a beautiful view from the window. It has a coffee maker, a microwave, TV, radio, free Wi‑Fi, a decent wardrobe, and a safe. The pool and its surroundings are usable. The hotel restaurant is excellent; we ate there a few mornings for 60 reais per person and dined for 80 reais per person, all dishes were tasty and neatly presented. Overall, the quality‑to‑price ratio is very good. However, the beds were only made with the lower sheet and blanket; we asked the maid for proper bedding, but she said the hotel would inform her. We only received the top sheets on the third day after leaving a note. Also, although there is a coffee maker and microwave, there are no cups, glasses, plates, or cutlery. We had to request a repair for the safe because it was loose from the wall. A fire broke out in the roof of one wing of the building, and the alarm near the suite door did not sound; we learned about it when we looked out the window and saw people gathered on the sidewalk watching the roof and waving.

This flat is everything you could want and then some: beautiful, comfortable, huge enough for four people with two big beds, and the view is stunning—so captivating you never want to leave it. It far exceeded my expectations and comes with a capsule coffee machine, minibar and microwave, plus a small shop a short walk away. I have no complaints except that there were no coffee cups for the machine, so we bought some and left them for future guests, though I don’t consider that a real issue since not everyone drinks coffee in the room.
