The customer service at this hotel was truly exceptional.
The views from my room were breathtaking, but I did find the location a bit challenging to get to.

The pool was nice, the staff were friendly, and the room was beautiful with amazing views, yet the lift to the hotel was painful and it was hard to exit the building onto the street without going through a mall or calling a taxi.
