Cleanliness, central location, and proximity to the bus stop are all great.

It’s in a great spot where you can wander around and supermarkets are close. The house has a good vibe; Ramin and his mum are friendly. The downside is that you have to pay 10 GEL every time you want to use the cooking stove and they only accept cash.

The owner is wonderful—attentive and kind, even gave us a home‑cooked meal! Nothing else to comment.
