The lady who brought breakfast was very sweet. It was nice to chat with her, even though I don’t speak Italian. However, you can hear other people through the walls a bit.

The B&B is in a suburb of Naples, close to the Metro 2 train station. The room was in a new building with a quiet courtyard. Breakfast was Italian-style with plenty of sweets, and a small fridge in the room allowed for self‑catering. Free parking nearby was ample. The internet access was only available upon direct request. The bed had sharp drawer handles, which caused a minor leg injury. The bathroom is outdated; the sink is loose, and the shower lacks a shelf.

I was very satisfied with this B&B. It was located in a fairly quiet neighborhood, and the property looked very welcoming, modern, and clean. It was a great choice for spending a few days in Naples. Everything necessary was available, and the staff were always very helpful and friendly. It’s not very close to the center, but a few steps from the property you can easily reach the train station or the tram/bus stop. We also had a large balcony with a nice view that let us enjoy the stay even more. The only advice: bring insect spray because, especially in the evening, you’ll find many mosquitoes on the balcony! The B&B is in a somewhat “peripheral” area, so moving around at night wasn’t always easy, partly because public transport isn’t very reliable. We had to take a taxi because buses and trains missed their runs during the night, leaving us with no other options to get back. Aside from transport, which isn’t the property’s responsibility, there were no other dislikes.

The building is a real condominium, very quiet and fully fenced, with assigned parking – the best part. It’s close to San Giovanni Barra station, and trains to Naples run every 15 minutes on average. The only downside was a metal manhole that made night traffic unbearable.

The entrance corridor was fine, but the rooms were poorly soundproofed, so I couldn’t rest because of street noise. There was no bidet, linens weren’t replaced, and breakfast had to be booked in the afternoon before 17:30 via message, yet they mixed up the order. The private parking advertised on the booking site was missing, there was no wardrobe, and the shower was subpar and flooded.
