The spot was spot‑on – the spa had a killer view, the breakfast was fully stocked, and our room was a quiet 100 metres from the main building, so we could really unwind. We got great help with the lift map and booking the MTB, which was a big plus. But the staff were a real let‑down – they snapped at us over a glass of juice, a spoon, and even a cup of tea, and the breakfast crew had zero smiles or enthusiasm.
