Beautiful setting surrounded by nature, with a great view. * The bathroom was especially nice. * Staff were very responsive. We had an ant problem one evening and they handled it within about 15 minutes. * This is very much in nature, so expect insects, ants and loud jungle sounds. That’s not really the property’s fault, but some travelers may hate it. * The villas are not well sealed and sound insulation is poor. There is a mosquito net around the bed. * Which villa you get matters a lot. Ours was directly below the main house where breakfast is served. * The owner held her birthday party at the property even though the listing says parties/events are not allowed. We were told only two days before, the noise went late into the night, and we couldn’t sleep properly. * The staff tried to compensate us several times and waived some extras at checkout, which we appreciated, but the damage to that night was already done

I have visited many places all over the world, but I can honestly say from the bottom of my heart: this place is truly unique. My girlfriend and I initially booked only five nights, but after the very first night, we decided that we absolutely wanted to stay longer. We therefore extended our stay to a total of eight nights. This place is a dreamlike retreat. The beautifully designed grounds, together with the exceptionally lovingly decorated rooms, are simply one of a kind. We stayed in the “Mimosa” room with its private pool and waterfall, as well as in the “Blue Lagoon” hut—and it was absolutely fantastic. The hospitality of the entire staff, especially Ayu and Dwi, was incredible. Everyone was helpful and attentive in a way I had never experienced before. After a few days, we were also fortunate enough to meet the owner of this incredible place, who welcomed us so warmly. We will definitely be coming back—100%! Terima kasih to the entire Lumina family for making our stay here so incredibly beautiful, unique, and unforgettable. Thank you, Carolyn, for creating this wonderful place! Lumina to miejsce z niesamowitym charakterem i spokojną, wyjątkową atmosferą. Hotel jest przepięknie urządzony – każdy detal wydaje się dobrze przemyślany, a całość jest bardzo harmonijna i po prostu przyjemna dla oka. Personel był bardzo serdeczny, pomocny i sprawiał, że czuliśmy się naprawdę zaopiekowani. Bardzo podobała nam się też lokalizacja – z dala od największego zgiełku Ubud, dzięki czemu można odpocząć, ale jednocześnie skuterem szybko dojeżdża się do centrum, restauracji i sklepów
