The property is beautifully finished, clean, and well curated. The pool is amazing and clean. The staff are nice and helpful with all our needs. However, the pool has no shade; it’s beautiful but impossible to stay out of the water—100% under the sun with no umbrellas or sun protection. The restaurant options and breakfast are a bit too limited for the level of the property.

I had the most incredible experience at Vallora Retreat Jawai by Luxuria Moustache. From the moment I arrived, I was immersed in a serene atmosphere that perfectly blended natural beauty with luxurious comfort. The staff were incredibly attentive and went above and beyond to make my stay feel special, and the delicious meals were a highlight of my trip. The private wildlife safari they arranged for me was truly unforgettable, and I left feeling rejuvenated and grateful for the experience.
